Amazing place and great hosts
The apartment is located at the entrance of a major highway. There is constant noise the entire day, throughout the night. The walls are not remotely soundproof so you can even hear conversations on the street. No one slept the entire weekend. The neighborhood is not great as there were homeless right outside the building. We had a difficult time getting into both units as the locks were backwards. We had to call numerous times to get different codes. We had a large party of nine and thought we were in one apartment but we were in two different units. Unit 1 has steep stairs descending into the bedrooms, which was not good for our party. The same unit had gnats when opening the cupboards and there was no food in the area. For the amount of money we paid we could have booked a really nice quite hotel downtown with separate rooms ensuring sleep. We will never book this stay again.
Liam and Mike were great and very responsive. I recently stayed at their Airbnb and the units truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by beautifully decorated spaces that felt both inviting and luxurious. The attention to detail in the decor was remarkable; every piece was thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. The listing was exactly as described—no misleading photos or exaggerated claims here. The amenities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating areas, and well-appointed bedrooms. It was clear that the host cares about their guests, as everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Location-wise, it was perfect. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, I had easy access to local attractions, cafes, and parks. I loved being able to explore the area and then retreat to such a cozy haven.

Blessings to CityStaze & Mike for such an amazing BNB experience! Our restaurant team ventured from NYC to Philly for the annual Roots Festival & found a home away from home within the space. Mike was kind, accommodating & easy to connect with during our stay. Giving this space 5 stars was a no-brainer; the units were spotless as described and there are a bunch of restaurants + bars just a few minutes away (by car). Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- CityStaze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — CityStaze will match it.
