Lovely place was way bigger then expected
CityStaze was a great location for our group of 8 in Philly for an NCAA basketball weekend. We rented both units and they were perfect and convenient for hanging out and watching games. Even made use of the rooftop deck during a nice afternoon. Neighborhood has some good dining choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We walked everywhere from the house....Eastern State Penitentiary, Barnes Museum, Reading Terminal Market, Independence Hall to name a few. Parking was available right out front (but we didn't move the car, so maybe got lucky!). Liam and Mike were helpful with check in and very responsive to questions. Units were clean and well setup. No disappointments. Would certainly recommend and stay again if back in Philly.
Air bnb was perfect, we had a large group for a bachelor party and it accommodated all 15 of us. Just was responsive and awesome, would 100% book here again.

We stayed here for a Cousin weekend get together, rented both units. The place is as described, the beds were comfortable, multiple bathrooms and the bedrooms spread out which was nice. There were one or two bedrooms that were cold due to the house being old, but there were extra blankets so worked out well. Loved the roof top. Coffee shops walkable, we parked on the street no problem. This was not an issue for us, but the kitchens are small and would be a little difficult to make a bigger dinner there.
We loved staying here. It was perfect for our large group.
We had a very large team in the area for work. The hosts were great and really worked with us on unexpected needs. The team says, "We thought the AirBnB was really good. It was very clean and spacious. Very easy to walk to most of downtown. We walked to the Liberty Bell a few times. Only issue is it has no dedicated parking which got a little annoying but overall I enjoyed it and think it was a good alternative to a hotel." We understand there was no dedicated parking but there was some confusion in the beginning about parking. However, we do not hold that against the hosts. The property and hosts were amazing!
Had a great stay here in Philly! Everything was great walking distance, living space was fantastic as well as bed and bathrooms. \nWould 100% come back to celebrate again!
Had a fantastic stay at this spacious Philadelphia home! The property was roomy, clean, and perfect for our group. The two kitchens, multiple bathrooms, and living areas made it easy for all of us to spread out comfortably. We especially enjoyed the art! Communication was prompt throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing the convention center. Overall, highly recommended for a group visit to Philly!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- CityStaze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
