We stayed at Liam’s Airbnb from the 6th to the 8th on very short notice after another reservation we had booked was unexpectedly canceled the same day we were supposed to check in. Liam was incredibly responsive and acted quickly to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated given the situation. The place itself was superb — very clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as described, and the check-in instructions were crystal clear, making the whole process seamless. Thanks to Liam’s quick help and a great property, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend and attend the event we were in town for without any issues. The only minor downside was parking in the area, which can be a bit challenging. That said, we were lucky enough to find a spot close by and were able to Uber around easily when needed. Overall, a great stay and a great host. Highly recommended!
Awesome place to stay!
We had the perfect stay for exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood has such great energy and we were able to walk everywhere. It was hard to choose a restaurant with so many amazing options, so we did tapas at Barcelona Wine Bar and then went to Victor Cafe for dinner. The wait staff are opera singers, which made for a wildly cool experience in a classic Italian setting. The hosts were awesome and very easy to work with. We will absolutely rent again the next time we come to Philly for a date night.

We had an awesome staycation in Philly and could not have asked for a better stay/host/location. The house had everything we needed and more, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is such a fun place to spend time, and we especially loved the breakfast spot right on the corner. The price was excellent for the location and the quality of the home. We will absolutely be back again soon.
We needed a place quickly due to an emergency and Liam and Mike were so accommodating. They were one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. So responsive and kind! We were there during the winter so didn’t use the rooftop deck much but it truly is a great touch. Highly recommend

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- CityStaze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — CityStaze will match it.
