We loved Liam’s place; it’s right near Italian Market so super convenient for us. We were able to park right on 10th, but we know we just got lucky! The home was beautifully appointed with everything we needed to make dinner in the kitchen, as well as thoughtful details like wireless chargers in the bedrooms. When we return we’ll certainly stay again! Hot tip for tourists; the taco truck at 10th and Washington is the best!
Wish we could have statues more then one night, very clean, nice neighbor hood host were very responsive and accommodating, next time we need a place to stay in Philly this will be on our list!

Great place, clean, beautifully decorated. There were 8 adults and we needed to stay only 1 night, but this place would’ve worked for however long we needed to stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms all updated. Easy to get places, no problem finding parking. I highly recommend.
My friends and I had an amazing stay. The place was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out to them. I would definitely stay with them again when I’m coming back down this way to visit.

Great spot - very clean, spacious, well supplied and nicely decorated. Mike and Liam were responsive and helpful when I had a question. My family has stayed in several AirBnBs in the Passyunk area and this house was easily our favorite - would definitely return!
Liam and Michael were extremely responsive and beyond helpful with our requests — including accommodating our dog, which we really appreciated. The home is even more adorable in person cozy, clean, spacious, and so well put together. It had such a warm, inviting vibe that made it the perfect spot for a Valentine’s Day weekend in Philly. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and communicated well. Could not recommend this place enough we’d love to come back!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- CityStaze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
