Great space and responsive host
Very clean and well maintained place. The location is great and convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. There is plenty of space to live comfortably, and the modern appliances made everything easy to use. Thank you for a great stay.
The apartment was clean, modern and the interior is exactly as described. I was commuting daily to Penn, and the apartment is not close. No public transportation and about a 30 minute walk, closest grocery store about a mile away. None of this is in control of Liam and Mike, but the location really isn’t convenient to commute to Penn, which was what I needed. Planned to spend a few months here and shortened stay to one - for the price, the neighborhood wasn’t worth it for me.

Great host
Liam and Mike were responsive. The place was warm before we came in. We stayed for one month, so they thoughtfully provided kitchen towels, soaps, and personal care products… The location is close to the university area, and going to the city center will take 25 minutes by bus or trolley. A couple of things to remember: 1. Two floors of stairs if you have luggage 2. Bedlinen could be cotton (got zapped a lot by static electricity) 3. More pots, cups, and a ladle could be useful 4. Bedroom A/C is not powerful enough, or maybe the wind is coming through the window. This will be worth checking with the host because there are almost 8 degrees between the two rooms. Overall the place was very cozy and quiet. You feel relaxed in this apartment.
This was a very nice place that was clean and fully equipped for all our needs. Liam is a very responsive and accommodating host. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!
Great place close to Drexel and UPenn campus. Appliances were practically brand new and worked very well. Lovely stay for one person or a couple.
The stay was fairly decent. Upon arrival I noticed a few hairs on the pillows along w noticeable marks on the towels and no wash rags were left. Other than that the stay did what we needed it to. Liam was excellent when it came to communication and did his best to rectify the situation.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- CityStaze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
