Great place to stay for a few nights!! Would advise the block the building it is located on is sort of noisy at times, but other than that it was quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful when it came to check-in and check-out. Also, we requested towels since they were accidentally forgotten to be left for the two of us and Liam was very responsive and helpful in providing them!! Would recommend to others for a short Philadelphia stay or people who want to explore local areas in Philly:).

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Very spacious. Easy check-in. Great location.
My experience started off rough. I paid for early check-in at 12pm, arrived at 1pm after traveling 8 hours, and the unit was still being cleaned. The cleaner’s car was also blocking the garage I paid to use, and it took about 40 minutes for her to move it. Because of the delays, we ended up late to the Eagles game. The apartment wasn’t cleaned to the standard I expected, and only two towels and two washcloths were provided for the whole weekend. I was frustrated enough that I decided to check into a hotel instead. The host was responsive and did refund part of my payment, which I appreciated, but the issues should have been resolved before my scheduled early check-in.
Liam was very responsive
The apartment was brand new and very comfortable. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance at first, but the host provided plenty of photos and clear directions. Paid parking onsite was a great bonus. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots to do, though it does get pretty loud at night due to traffic. Some of the check-in instructions were a little confusing, but the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely come again. 5/5!

Amazing place. Location is excellent. If I’m ever in Philly again this is the place I want to stay at. The private parking made life so easy.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- CityStaze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — CityStaze will match it.
