We had a great stay, perfect for the group we had! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again.
An excellent stay from start to finish. The home was beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed. Everything was exactly as described, and the space felt both comfortable and well curated. The host was responsive and accommodating, particularly when we needed to extend due to weather, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a seamless experience and a property we would gladly recommend to others.
Great stay
We had a great stay at this location. Communication was excellent and our host was very responsive, especially with helpful details around parking (which I recommend arranging) and flexible checkout timing. The location was also a big plus. We were able to easily get to downtown restaurants, and it was only about 15 minutes from the airport, which made logistics simple for our group. The setup worked perfectly for us. Having three private apartments gave everyone their own space while still making it easy to gather together. We loved having lots of options for hanging out and appreciated having areas where we could also get some work done during the day. The property is near a major street, so there is some traffic noise, but the provided sound machines made it a non-issue for us at bedtime and the beds were very comfortable and soft. Overall, a really comfortable, well-thought-out place and a great host. Would happily stay again.
I had an entire crew stay here while we filmed in Philadelphia. the place was easy to find, incredibly spacious and clean. the host was accommodating and helped us along the way. I usually travel with a crew so this place was absolutely perfect.
Liam was an incredible host from start to finish. The place was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the photos, no surprises at all. Everything was clean, well cared for, and clearly prepared with intention. Liam was super responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely accommodating whenever we had questions. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Liam’s place to anyone looking for a smooth, stress free, top tier Airbnb stay.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- CityStaze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
