This place was absolutely amazing and perfect for my bachelorette weekend. The location is so central and walkable and right around the corner from a lot of my favorite Philly spots. The stairs are a little tricky and not very accessible, and there were just a few broken things (the upstairs fan, and some of the hardware in the bathroom) but it didn’t affect us much and I’d still stay here again!
Liam was super detailed and we didn’t have to reach him at all because that’s how easy his instructions were ! Very walkable but make sure the spiral steps are something third bedroom occupants are ready to take on. Also the shower is a bit low pressure and the shite sheets a bit worn . Honestly we’d still recommend!!

The house is in a terrific neighborhood, great access to many of Philly's best tourist attractions and excellent dining and coffee options within an easy walk! The bedrooms are very charmingly decorated, each with their own theme. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful, with state-of-the-art appliances (2 ovens, including a convection oven; a very modern, super-quiet dishwasher, etc.). We enjoyed our stay here, but I'm rating it 4, instead of 5, stars due to a bit of a cramped living room (there is just the one small couch; no ottoman like in the photo); weak water pressure in the shower; and because there were a several items broken when we arrived. Liam was very responsive and had much fixed the next day, but the home -- while clean -- could have benefited from someone looking in on it before our check-in, and some things (broken shades in the master bedroom) were not able to be fixed during our stay.
We've stayed at this location twice and really enjoyed it both times. The house is nice, with comfortable beds. And the location is walkable to many restaurants and services. We look forward to returning for a third visit sometime soon!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- CityStaze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
